This is a good question! I think I am a trustworthy person, and I respect my friends when they share their lives with me they (hopefully) know I am not in turn sharing that with limitless others, whether they’re sharing secrets per se or just parts of their life that don’t bare repeating. There’s some info that I get sometimes in the context of my job that I burst to be able to share because I know friends of mine would delight at it or it could help friends plan for events, so generally the stuff I wish I could share even when I can’t is the exciting and positive kind.
There’s no one who get an automatic share of something that is someone else’s secret because that would be betraying the other person and not cool. And while I definitely have friends who listen to me ramble about exciting things that happen to me more so than the general world/internet hears, I am also a pretty private person and tend to keep even my own personal happiness close to my chest. I’ve learned a lot as I get older about the right balance between the power of sharing excitement and the downside of letting that excitement take on a life outside your own happiness that can sometimes diminish the unique experience.
