First Look of the Day: Above is a two minute preview of the Selita Ebanks-starring, Nicki Minaj-narrated 35-minute “music video” for Kanye West’s “Runaway” — the second single off his upcoming studio album, My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy (11/22) — will premiere tonight @ 8PM EST on MTV, MTV2, and BET, as well as MTV.com, BET.com, and VH1.com.

The film will be followed by a Q&A on MTV.
